🏠 Beta V3 Release Date..

The team has been hard at work, working closely with our Beta Users and using their feedback to produce a BetaV3 Launch!

GOAL FOR RELEASE DATE IS THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER 2024.

This email is to provide some of the updates that will be included in Beta V3!

Reminder, the updates below are instantly created 3D Models using nothing but a 2D CAD file, and these 3D Models have not been rendered yet.

The accuracy of mapping the windows & doors of the instantly created 3D Model faced many bugs that caused window/door details to be placed at the wrong location, or be missing all together.

That has been addressed.

A lot of the 2D CAD Plans had “open” balcony doors, which our algorithms did not know how to create the 3D Model for..

This has been addressed, with AutoRender Ai now automatically closing & mapping these balcony & patio doors.

Not all homes are built on a perfectly flat surface; and some have basement walkouts etc..

Adding in a ground plane will help us not only create more accurate depth perception in the 3D Render, but also more accurate 3D Models that will be capable of handling different types of properties.

  • Final Notes:

    • We have a ton of updates in the pipeline as we continue to work with our beta users to understand exactly what is important in improving the 2D CAD to Final Render creation workflow.

  • ULTIMATELY - by the time all is said and done you’ll be able to drop in a 2D CAD File and get an instant, accurate and downloaded 3D OBJ File, or change around textures right here in AutoRender Ai & create instant 4k Renders all in the matter of minutes!
